House Rules
- Please leave the apartment as it was found - all dishes cleaned etc. There may be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required.
- Standard Check Out is 11am. Unauthorised late check outs may be charged at a rate of £30 per hour - rounded up to the next hour. This is charged at the host's discretion.
- No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Anyone found to be smoking or tampering with the fire safety equipment will be charged an additional fee of £50 and may be asked to leave immediately. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the building. Please remember to keep your keys on you so you don't get locked out.
- Additional Unauthorised guests / visitors may be charged for up to a rate of £30 per person - this is at the host's discretion. By confirming the booking you agree to these rules.
