House Rules

- No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Anyone found to be smoking or tampering with the fire safety equipment will be charged an additional fee of £50 and may be asked to leave immediately. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the building.

- Please leave the house in the condition you found it - all dishes cleaned etc. There may be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required.

- Additional Unauthorised guests / visitors may be charged for up to a rate of £30 per person - this is at the host's discretion. By confirming the booking you agree to these rules.

The space
A traditional Manchester terraced house renovated to compliment and breathe new life into its existing features.

There's Two Bedrooms upstairs, a Master Bedroom and a Second Bedroom containing both a Double and a Single Bed. There is also a large sofa that folds into a Sofabed.

There is also a private garden to the rear of the property..
