Beautifully newly refurbished studio apartment finished to a very high standard.

Perfect for short or long stays.

Set in a historic building that was owned by the Manchester Brewery Company for 100 years, that now comprises of modern, stylish and comfortable apartments (some in the cellar that stored all of the beer!)

Ideally situated, just a short walk to everything below:
* Manchester Piccadilly (the main railway station)
* The Apollo - one of Manchester's very best music venues!
* The Universities
* Manchester Aquatic Centre - Swimming pool, gym and health suite purpose built for the 2002 Commonwealth Games
* The Palace Theatre. I've been lucky enough to host Cast Members performing here :)
* RNCM (The Royal Northern College of Music)
* Loads of places to eat and drink
* 3 minute walk to Tesco Express & 7 min drive to Asda late night Superstore
* Great transport links. There's a bus stop directly across road from the building. A bus from there takes you away from the Centre and leads you towards 'the busiest bus route in Europe', Oxford Rd
* Across the road is a small park with a children's play area to get a nice bit of greenery so close to the centre.

Post can be delivered to the apartment - our office is open to accept deliveries right next door to the building from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

There’s a Bus stop directly across the road and a minute walk either side of the building.

Less than a 10 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly where you can get the Metrolink Tram to near Man United & City Stadiums.

Late checkouts may be available upon request. If you wish to travel around after your checkout I can also hold your luggage safely locked away for collection before you travel (Between 9-5 Mon-Fri, Weekends need prior approval)

House Rules

- No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Anyone found to be smoking or tampering with the fire safety equipment will be charged an additional fee of £50 and may be asked to leave immediately. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the building. Please remember to keep your keys on you so you don't get locked out.

- Please leave the apartment as it was found - all dishes cleaned etc. There may be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required.

- Additional Unauthorised guests / visitors may be charged for up to a rate of £30 per person - this is at the host's discretion. By confirming the booking you agree to these rules.
