House Rules
- No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Anyone found to be smoking or tampering with the fire safety equipment will be charged an additional fee of £50 and may be asked to leave immediately. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the building. Please remember to keep your keys on you so you don't get locked out.
- Please leave the apartment as it was found - all dishes cleaned etc. There may be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required.
- Additional Unauthorised guests / visitors may be charged for up to a rate of £30 per person per date they are at the property - this is at the host's discretion.
- Guests that check out later than the standard check out time without prior agreement from the host will incur a late check out fee of £20 per hour rounded up to the next whole hour - this is at the host's discretion. - By confirming the booking you agree to these rules.
