House Rules
- No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Anyone found to be smoking inside the property will be charged an additional fee of £50 per guest, may be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund. Tampering with the fire safety equipment will result in a £200 fine and will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the building. Please remember to keep your keys on you so you don't get locked out.
- Please leave the apartment as it was found - all dishes cleaned etc. There may be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required.
- Additional Unauthorised guests / visitors may be charged for up to a rate of £30 per person per date they are at the property - this is at the host's discretion.
- Guests that check out later than the standard check out time without prior agreement from the host will incur a late check out fee of £20 per hour rounded up to the next whole hour - this is at the host's discretion. - By confirming the booking you agree to these rules.
